PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

1. LYRA'S PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
The LYRA Group aims to be an exemplary corporate citizen and wishes to build strong and lasting relationships with its customers, based on trust and mutual interest. In line with this philosophy, the protection of your personal data is essential to us and we would like to inform you through this personal data protection policy of the way in which we collect and process such data.
Unless express consent is required by the data protection laws of your country, by using these Materials (as defined below), you consent to our collection and use of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLY TO?
This Privacy Policy applies to all websites, applications and other online initiatives owned by a LYRA Group company that collect personal data (the "Materials"). Accordingly, this privacy policy does not apply to third party websites, including those that may be referred to on our Materials via a web link.
Please note that if the legislation of your country so requires, this personal data protection policy may be supplemented by local provisions, which we urge you to consult.

3. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
With your prior consent, we may collect and process some or all of the following data when you use our Media:
data that you provide (i) by filling in forms, (ii) by uploading data online, (iii) by subscribing to online services (e.g. applications and social network pages) or (iv) by sending us correspondence:

4. DO WE COLLECT YOUR IP ADDRESS AND COOKIES?
We may collect your IP address and browser type for the purposes of administering our systems and/or compiling statistics and without identifying any other individual information.

8. WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data is stored in our databases, which are only accessible by our employees and our service providers.
In some cases, and mainly for technical reasons, these databases may be stored on servers located outside the country (including outside the European Union) from which you initially entered the data. In such cases, and if the countries to which your data is transferred are not subject to a personal data protection regime as strict as that described in this personal data protection policy, we take appropriate measures to ensure that your data is processed in accordance with the terms of this personal data protection policy.

9. IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA KEPT SECURE?
Our aim is always to store your personal data in the safest and most secure way possible. To this end, we use a variety of technologies to prevent, as far as possible, any alteration, loss or unauthorised access to your data.
On our e-commerce Media, we manage your payment information using methods that meet industry standards (such as PCI DSS).

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED WHEN CREATING AN ONLINE ACCOUNT

LYRA, the data controller, processes personal data for the purpose of managing its customer accounts and its commercial relations, in particular for placing, monitoring and tracking orders, to enable its customers to download and consult their accounting documents and to enable them to benefit from promotions and personalised recommendations.

This processing is based on the performance of contracts concluded or to be concluded with LYRA, the consent of its customers and the legitimate interests of LYRA. LYRA's legitimate interest consists in the need to set up and improve its distance selling tools for its products and services as well as to constantly improve its services to its customers, in particular through knowledge of their professional needs.

Customers may withdraw their consent at any time. Such withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the collection and storage of data prior to the withdrawal.

The data collected is essential for this processing and is intended for the relevant departments of LYRA and its possible subcontractors and service providers. The data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship plus the duration of any legal requirements.

Customers have a right of access, rectification or deletion, a right to limit the processing of your data, a right of opposition, a right to the portability of your data as well as the right to define directives relating to the fate of their data after their death. Customers may also withdraw their consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If a customer exercises their rights listed above, we will however retain some of their personal information and their request to ensure that their rights are effectively exercised.
